In my 5 months of association with Studio4 I have enjoyed working with the team every single day. It's amazing how Manish and Shilpi ensure that though we work remotely, we are all connected in every possible way. The values of the organization, and the working culture - all encourage to perform and do your best. And the flexibility which is allowed to work in your own space, yet with the pace expected has helped me to keep doing my personal projects as well and gives me immense satisfaction.
After having worked in fast-paced startups, I have landed my dream job, which allows me not only to work on challenging problems every day but also gives me the freedom to pursue my dreams. How the Sutradhars of Studio4- Manish and Shilpi hold together this fully remote team is some ninja skills. The open work culture and flexible remote working environment have enabled me to live the life I have always dreamed of- doing meaningful work while travelling around the world. The creative energy of the S4 team is simply contagious!
Working at Studio 4 has meant getting to work on content creation, market research, social media curation, client management and so much more! Being able to learn so much on the trot is such a huge advantage, and being surrounded by a team that inspires and pushes me every day just adds to that.
Working with S4 has been a learning curve for me. I've seen my shift from being a student to an employee who is part of a company. I enjoy the small but loving community that I work with.
